MUTUAL MINISTRY REVIEW:
Our church asks that all parishes and missions conduct a mutual ministry review on a regular basis. We are about to start that process in which your Bishop's Committee reviews the work of your vicar during the past year with the help of a third party to guide the process. The vicar also reviews the work of the Bishop's Committee during the past year. This is an annual process and ideally would be on going so that when the year is over, there are no surprises for any involved. It is a process that helps to keep the church on task and that helps everyone to be accountable to each other. If you would like to serve in this way let Sandra Attebery (783-2227) know. We do need to have an on going committee for this work.
